The relationship started naturally. Harry met Kiano whilst getting a tattoo at the studio in 2022 and the partnership grew from there. Since then, Sabre has managed Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopify, Klaviyo and SEO for the business, building a full-service marketing operation around the studio.

Sabre also integrated product upsells into the form submission process for larger bookings and accessories, blending ecommerce into the studio model. Klaviyo flows were built to increase lifetime value of existing customers. A ticketing system was put in place so Kiano can track enquiries, measure response rates and set clear KPIs for his internal team, who close 50-65% of all leads.

The campaign restructure targeted multiple keywords and geographic areas depending on the campaign type. Different tattoo styles, different locations, different intent. Each campaign was built around what the customer was actually searching for rather than sending all traffic to a single page.
On the Shopify side, Sabre created bespoke landing pages for each tattoo type and keyword query. Someone searching for "realism tattoo London" lands on a page showcasing the studio's realism portfolio with copy tailored to that style. Someone searching for "Japanese tattoo Fulham" sees something completely different.
This approach reduced cost per lead from £19 to £5-10 depending on the tattoo type. Kiano's internal team closes 50-65% of these leads using a ticketing system Sabre put in place to track enquiries, measure response rates and set clear KPIs.
