Postman Pooch is a UK dog subscription box brand based in Manchester, delivering monthly boxes of gifts and treats to dogs across the country. The founders, Ben and Kyle, approached Harry in 2022 after seeing the results he had achieved with Furrfetch in the pet niche.
Ben and Kyle were already well-versed in ecommerce, running their own agency alongside Postman Pooch. What they wanted was Harry's specific insight and systems for scaling a pet brand through Google Ads, CRO and conversion-optimised landing pages. The same systems that took Furrfetch to £1.2M in year one.

The landing page approach matched the strategy proven at Furrfetch: different pages for different search intents, with benefits, imagery and CTAs tailored to what the customer was actually looking for. A customer searching for "puppy subscription box" sees different messaging than someone searching for "monthly dog treats delivered".
The engagement was designed to transfer knowledge and build infrastructure. Harry showed Ben and Kyle exactly what worked at Furrfetch and implemented the systems into their business, giving them the foundation to continue scaling independently.
